Also, i want the FULL resolution images to be saved on my iphone, not the 200-500kb versions.. thanks in advance!

If you have Instagram installed on your iPhone, you would use the Share button on the iOS CC app.
It looks like a box with an up pointing arrow.
If Instagram is not on the list, check the more (...) to see if it's allowed to access the CC app.

I have somewhat of the same problem, for instance If I create a image and save it to the creative cloud I go to my phone and I can download it, But if I have to re edit the image and resave it to the creative cloud, I cannot re download it to the phone. I would have to either name the file or delete the file from creative cloud and re upload it.
This should be happening. It should let me download it anytime I want. It basically lets you download it once.
