You have Lightroom 6 installed on your computer.
As per the Lightroom mobile, it is providing you a 30-day trail to use Lightroom mobile. You can go ahead and use it if you like.
Lightroom 6 will continue working on your computer even if you do not have Lightroom mobile.
Lightroom Mobile is a feature of Lightroom CC (the creative cloud version). It is a program that is installed on Apple and android mobile devices. Then, Lightroom will enable you to synchronize different collections with your mobile devices. When you purchase Lightroom 6 you get a 30 day trial usage of the Lightroom Mobile features. I think Adobe is using this as a marketing tool to persuade you to switch to the creative cloud version. So the warning that you are receiving is that your trial usage of the mobile features is running out. You can turn off this notification by right clicking in the identity plate area and pausing Lightroom Mobile. Then your computer installation of Lightroom will stop trying to synchronize with Lightroom Mobile.
Good to get it confirmed. I was not sure how to interprete the information in the FAQ section but now it seems clear that I have no problem using LR 6 even if I choose to skip the extra mobile functions. Great, then things are the way as I hoped they would be. However, how to activate those functions and how much do I have to pay if I still decide to use of the opportunity? Is it a a yearly subscription fee or a single payment?
You need to get Lightroom CC which is a subscription based product to use Lightroom mobile.

Hope this helps.
Ok, thanx, then I know but sorry, I am not interested in a Creative Cloud subscription. / Best regards, Staffan in Sweden
