Captivate 9 - in Windows - Effects - Enable Effects in Timeline. That is checked but no Effects tab appears. What's wrong?

Effects are now integrated in the Timeline panel itself, there is no longer
a separate panel. To apply effect right-click an object or the object
timeline. Effects and their options are in the Timing Properties panel.
Have a look at my latest blog post on http://blog.lilybiri.com. It is a
great improvement.

Hmmm - just read through your blog. Thanks for taking the time to explain some of the new changes.
I'm generally eager for change - but in this I think I liked the old way better. I think I could adjust the effects timing amongst the objects more efficiently.
Thanks for your reply.

Totally disagree here, live preview, shortcut keys, all motion paths
visible at the same time makes it a lot easier to sync. Take some time to
explore, maybe your opinion will change.

Thanks Lilybiri - you're right. Without instruction, these changes were not obvious. I do now think it was an improvement. I really appreciate the users that post how-to videos on YouTube.
