returned books appear again

I returned two books to the library, and I deleted them in the Digital editions folder, but everytime when I open ADE the books are there again. When I try to open them I get the correct problem report E_LIC_ALREADY_RETURNED. When I delete them again in the library and close it , then open it they appear again. Any advice?

I found the solution myself. It's the version 4.5 wich causes this problem. Every book that I returned to the library appeared as a 'ghost book' when I opened ADE again. I deleted the version 4.5 and all folders and all data set entries and then installed the version 3.0. Now ADE works as it should, no more 'ghost books'
