Why does "We are currently experiencing some issues, please try again later. If the problem persists, contact customer support" keep popping up when i try and download the after effects trail?

This keeps popping up is there something im doing wrong? I tried yesterday and the same message popped up. PLEASE HELP.

The websites seems to work fine, i would request you to try a different browser or reset the browser you are using currently and it should work.
