Hello! Excuse me if this is somehow posted incorrectly, this is my first time posting on the forums.
My issue is that every time i try to import a TIF file to indesign (after saving it as a TIF in photoshop) it comes in way to small. The images i'm trying to import are not that small (approximately 1500 x 1000 with 300 ppi) but they're coming in tiny. This does NOT happen if i import them as a PNG, they come in a correct size then. Help desperately needed!
(note: if i try to make the TIF bigger after importing it, it's extremely bad quality).
I am using ID cc and PS cc!
An image that is 1500 x 1000 pixels at 300 ppi has a physical size of 5" x 3". Are they coming in smaller. If you click and drag to place the image, it will place at the size of the box you drag out. Sometimes I accidentally do this when I intended to single click. When this happens the images place very tiny.
They are coming in much smaller than that, and i am dropping them with a single click.
Try creating a shape first, then place into the shape. Do they still come in small?
