Even Photoshop CC 2014 is not mentioned as compatible with Mac OS X 10.11

Bob, are you getting any error message? are you getting error after upgrading to Mac OS X 10.11?
If possible post a screenshot .
Note:
During OS upgrade process , there will be certain changes with System Files which may have affected installed Apps .
If you could provide exact error message or screenshot , it will be very helpful to find out cause of issue.

Bob deWitt Oct 16, 2015 3:06 PM (in response to ISAIAS)Photoshop is now working for me with El Capitan. It turned out that the OS didn't break Photoshop after all. Instead, as a result of the OS installation process, El Capitan made the Permissions for Adobe 'Read Only' for some reason. Once I went to the Adobe 'Get Info' and changed the Permissions to 'Read and Write,' Photoshop loaded successfully and now performs fine.
