Okay, so I'm running Windows 8.1 with the most recent versions of Firefox, Chrome, and IE. I have Flash version 19.0.0.
So I managed to get a nasty virus on Sunday and while I've gotten it mostly cleaned up Flash is not working. I have reinstalled the browsers and Flash to no avail. On Chrome and IE going to a site with Flash just crashes the browser, while on Firefox it gives black/grey screens (though if I'm lucky it'll show the starting picture of a video). Youtube is an example. I do have a screenshot of an error message that has showed up sometimes when Flash crashes: Dropbox - Screenshot 2015-10-13 04.57.49.png. Thanks.
