Just try to activate the application again; verifying your serial number.
Thanks for your response. I have the serial number. But I am not sure how to reactivate Indesign CS6. When I try to deactivate CS6 so that I can reactivate it, it gives me the option of signing out of Creative Cloud for Indesign CS6, CC 2014 and CC 2015. I'm not sure this is what I should do...
