Why are jpg files so much smaller in Lightroom then in Aperture (yes I'm new)?

Same RAW photo and almost the same adjustments made in Aperture and Lightroom and jpg files size is so different (please see attachment).

I'm not sure if the quality is the same and I'm getting caught up on the fact the jpg size is so different.

It's my first day with Lightroom after using Aperture for 9 years, I'm sorry if this question has already been answered.

I have made my settings in Aperture to 100% at 300dpi.

Thank you for any input on this.
