An error message on the Nook states "This book has been returned. Loan not on record." That's not accurate. The book was just taken out and is actually readable in ADE. It just will not copy to the Nook. I have been having this problem on and off for months. I am using a Window 10 PC and have uninstalled and reinstalled ADE 4.0 and erased the authorization and reauthorized the computer numerous times. Also, I have deregistered and re-registered the Nook. I've also restarted both the computer and the Nook. Nothing seems to help. What can I do?
