Latest versions for both Lightroom CC and Lightroom Mobile.
Operating Systems are MacOS X 10.11 and iOS 9.0.2 respectively.
No error messages...just nothing synching between the two.
Please follow the below steps.
> Click on the below link to check if your computer has synced the images or not.
> Sign in using your email address and password
> Click on Photos in the top left hand side corner and check if you have any images synced from the desktop.
> Launch Lightroom
> Click on Help > Sign Out
> Quit Lightroom and relaunch it
> Please sign back in to lightroom.
> Create a new test collection and try to sync.

I found that my Collections that were supposed to be synchronised with Lightroom mobile had disappeared after the upgrade...so having to re-create them.
