- Please provide us little more detail
- Mac or Windows, which version?
- Which version of LR
- From where are you importing images, and what is the destination that you have selected.
- Have you tried reinstalling LR ?
Using Windows 10 home edition
LRcc release 2015.2.1 & Camere raw 9.2
The images are being displayed properly in their folders.
When I export a DNG image to a folder and I go to view the image within LRcc Grid or Loupe views the image appears as a black block.
However images dating back to 8th october are appearing ok (within the same folder)
If I use the new add Picture option to display the images they are ok.
I have tried reinstalling Lightroom
Grosse panne avec Lightroom 6
J'ai exactement le même problème que kenr18174589 15 oct. 2015 04:26

- Try the option reset all
- Also please check this link and follow the instructions.
I noticed that after importing, the pictures were set to -5 for the "exposition" parameter. The correction of this parameter does not change, but the application of the automatic correction or a predefined filter to display the correct image correctly ... We must do this manipulation on each image one by one.
You can select all images using Ctrl + A or Cmd + A and then use the option reset all, else under preferences - presets - uncheck "Apply autotone adjustments"
As mentioned by emcstg the CNTRL A option does not work each image has to be done one at a time
i have the same problem, all photos are full black when imported, yes when all selected and applying auto tone you can start working on them, but why should you use auto tone at first?
but it is not the only problem, Lightroom actually won't close unless you force to quit (on MAC).
only remedy i found is to reinstall Lightroom to 6.0 and not applying 6.2.1 October update. please release an update to fix this
I have also reinstalled the version 6.0.
i got an email saying that LR cc no longer displays images of jpgs it created in its export process.
the problem is not from exporting images, the problem is when you import JPG from your camera memory cards, then you need to use auto tone to be able to see your images otherwise it's a black screen like showed by kenr18174589 , only RAW images are showing properly when importing images.
like i said, so far I reinstalled 6.0 and will not update to 6.2.1 until the next update.
another issue with 6.2.1 is after playing with LR for a while, the program crash/freeze and need to restart, the only way to close the program or close is to right click and force quit (on MAC).
I had this problem with RAW images before I reinstalled 6.0.
