Tried everything suggested on this forum, including emailing the requested information. No reply to the email, and still unable to sync.
I'm sorry that you ran into trouble with this; we didn't get your email to Typekit Support for some reason.
The problem described earlier in this thread was fixed in an update to Creative Cloud desktop application, so it's unlikely that you're seeing the same issue. Try these troubleshooting steps instead:
If that doesn't fix it, please re-send your email to email@example.com, making sure you've attached the log files separately (not as a .zip, which often get flagged as spam). Post an update here as well, and we'll keep an eye out for it.
That page doesn't begin to address my issues. There's nothing wrong with the CC app. It's InDesign that won't sync.
I sent an email a moment ago with the log files individually attached, as requested.
