    can't create new catalog

      I've created catalogs previously with no problems. Now when I create the catalog, the dialog box on the bottom says "create" and not "save" Whatever is happening there is not allowing me progress any further into the catalog creation process.

      I'm using the Creative Cloud, so I'm sure I'm using the most update version, and my laptop is a HP Spectre/Windows 10
