Could you please confirm the format of the music file that you are trying to add in the slideshow?
Would suggest you to make sure that the quick time player should be installed and upto date.
mp3 . ok the quicktime player is something I will doublecheck. THX
I installed the latest Quicktime Player, but no change. Same problem: crash when importing an mp3 File.
My System: Windows 7 Enterprise 64-Bit Service Pack 1, 4GB System memory, Harddisk is quite full. I will try to delete and create more space.
Could you please make sure you are using Lightroom version 6.2.1?
Make sure your Computer have minimum Configuration to run Lightroom.See System requirements for Adobe Lightroom for Mac and Windows OS
Try Disabling use of Graphics Processor in Lightroom
Just tested with 5 images and works fine (Preview and Play)
many thx for your support.
I disabled the grafic option, unfortunately it did not help. The problem still is that once I click the button to import any mp3 file, the LR crashes and shuts down.
This is what I found about the system:
Version von Lightroom: 6.0
Version: 6.1
Anzahl logischer Prozessoren: 4
Prozessorgeschwindigkeit: 2,1 GHz
Integrierter Speicher: 3887,3 MB
Für Lightroom verfügbarer phys. Speicher: 3887,3 MB
Von Lightroom verwendeter phys. Speicher: 567,5 MB (14,5%)
Von Lightroom verwendeter virtueller Speicher: 530,8 MB
Cache-Speichergröße: 2,2 MB
THX a lot.
