    Why is the customer service so terrible?


      I resolved the issue myself after many hours of annoying contact... and this is isn't the first time I've had problems.  These problems cost me greater than $100 USD in the past, and nearly cost me $400 until I told my bank to ignore their payment request.


      The most recent customer service rep I dealt with was completely incompetent.  Once I have some time I'll post the chat transcript, but it doesn't matter.  I just wish that the quality of the product was backed up with a company that cared.
