I am using a Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit desktop computer. I already have Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 and Adobe Premiere Elements 11 installed which both work fine.
My problem is that I have just purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements 14 and Adobe Premiere Elements 14 online. They have downloaded OK and appear to have installed OK and Photoshop Elements 14 appears to be working fine but when I try and start Premiere Elements 14 I get the following error message: -
The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b) Click OK to close the application.
When I click on OK nothing happens and I have to log off and log in again in order to get rid of the error message.
Is anyone able to provide a solution to this problem?
Please consider Sandeep Singh's suggestion in post 4 of the following thread
There the version was 12, but it may work for you in 14.
