I see you have a creative cloud subscription under the same email as forums, however it has not been activated :-
Kindly refer the steps below :-
For activation :-Learn to activate or deactivate Adobe apps.
For trial error :-
First, sign out and then back in to Creative Cloud, using the same adobe id used to pay for your subscription,
Then, if you launch any CC 2015 product and the pop up still shows a Trial message window, please see this link for resolution:
