How can I make changes to my Adobe ID in order to read an e-book on different devices?

When I set up the Adobe Digital Editions on my laptop, I didn't think I'd need to read my e-book on another machine. But later I realized I'd like to have it on my Asus Transformer as well. When I try to read the book on the transformer, I get a message that it's locked to my computer. Can I change that?
