    programming help

    Level 7
      Hi everyone,

I'm going to ask a slightly off topic question, hope it's OK. I'm a
newbie to programming. I've done basic things with Lingo in Director but
really want to learn how to program much better. Are there any good
places that have tutorials or info on how to program? I'm not looking
for Lingo specific programming sites but just any site that can help to
understand the whole process. If there are any books on this topic, I'd
      love to know as well.

      Thanks for your time.

            www.mediamacros.com

The Director Web Site link has lots more pages to jump to.

However, there may not be an update, and there's very few jobs out there for
director/lingo. If your starting fresh learning programming, it seems
prudent to learn something with a more certain future.
