What version of Premiere Elements, and what computer operating system?
What do you mean by "shuffled mode" - the program automatically randomizing photos and video for display?
There is no "shuffled mode" in Premiere Elements Editor. The closest feature that comes to mind is Instant Movie with the Auto Edit option enabled.
Please give above requested details.
Hi AT Romano -thank you for the quick reply. I am looking at premiere elements 14. My operating system in 8.1. Random may the same as shuffle to me. I have pics and video of for example, mixing between video and pictures? Yellowstone and Las Vegas. I do not want to show all the video and pictures of them in order. I want to show whatever of Yellow stone -Las Vegas in random order. Can I do this with an unlimited number of files on the computer with this program?
Thanks for the reply.
I am still thinking that the Instant Movie feature with the Auto Edit option enabled is the way to go.
But, I believe the maximum duration for the Instant Movie is 15 minutes.
Will the number of files that you have for this project exceed 15 minutes?
Hi again - thank you again for the quick answer. Each file will only be about 30 seconds but there will be hundreds of folders (pictures and videos. ) Can I random play between folders? Sorry for all the questions but this is something I need.
Please never hesitate to ask questions, no matter how many.
One of the perks of Instant Movie is that after it is created on the Timeline, you can break it apart and customize it.
(Right click the Instant Movie that the project completes and places on the Timeline. Then select Break Apart Instant Movie.)
For what you want to do, you might want to make more than one Instant Movie, customize each, and then put them altogether.
Please give this a try with a mini run through of the Instant Movie(s) before you get to the master project.
