IN this case, Mark , first I would suggest you to please change the browser instead of the one you are using.
If issue still persists, please reset your password once and try again.
Also try to clear out the cache and cookies for your browser and try again.

Thank you for the suggestions, however I did all of those steps and none of that worked.
