    re importing

I have always in the past been able to import images, work on the and then export them. I enfuse the images and then import them. Since I have been upgraded to the newest version of lightroom cc I do not have the ability to do this. I now have to open an old version of LR and import my enfused images to re work them .Any hints I have looked all through my preferences and I can't figure it out.

      Thanks, Melody

I am using window 8. Idont get an error message,  what happens is when i go to import these infuded images they are not found anywhere in the files only when I am using the upgraded version. When I am using the older version (lightroom 5.7) i can see them to import them. I was even able to just before my lightroom cc update. My daughter has never been able to with her lr cc.Untitled-1.jpg

              Sorry for replying late.

Could you please Try this -

              • Go to Lightroom > Preferences.
              • Click on the General tab
              • Uncheck “Show ‘Add Photos’ Screen”Restart Lightroom

Also try to import Pictures from a Folder on your Desktop

"Select" in the 'Browse Computer' dialog does NOT show image files!

It only lets you select a FOLDER.

When you click [Select Folder] then your images files show in the Import window.
