My workflow has been dealt a blow this month with the new upgrade in Lightroom.
I have been unable to merge images in panoramic or HDR - this has meant no images uploaded to my stock agency.
So over to you Adobe - will there be a refund of this months fee and when can we expect an update to iron out the bugs?
First, this is a user to user forum and Adobe employees rarely frequent. Second, Adobe is not in the habit of releasing information to th public about future editions. Third, you have posted in the wrong forum; I am moving this discussion to the Lightroom Classic CC — The desktop-focused app forums for further assistance.
Edit: Discussion moved. Also, Adobe does allow you to install previous versions and roll back, so you can continue on if this is indeed a bug in the latest release.

If the above steps wont help I would suggest you t o please try to roll back to a prior version update : Instructions to roll back to a prior update version
