Please let us know if the above resolved the issue if not we will offer more troubleshooting suggestions based on the details in your reply.
Please refer to the following solution for 12 which may apply to 13
I've solved it (so there is a bit information if U have this problem).
First of all You need to unchceck the "I-want-to-be-inviligated" mark (I have only a non-english screen)
and then You need to download MicrosoftFixit50267 file, install it and restart win7 (this solution is for win7 only)
Sorry Adobe for my mislead about purchased product... HOWEVER this is strange that I was able to operate trial versions 11, 12 and 13 without problems... and only problem occured when I purchased the product.
And last but not least (sorry for my english)... Adobe.. pls... WTF? I had phshp once. Then phtsp elements. Then few more... no problems what so ever!!!! ...and now this multi-verification-style install? Do You really need my birth date? This new image of Adobe (since last few years) has more holes than an Iraqi tanks in 1991....
Although I have never seen such a solution for the problem that you presented, we are very pleased that you were able to solve your own problem. Great work.
Best wishes in moving forward with your Premiere Elements projects.
