Looks like stitching from a placed PDF.
Yes it does, only this happens to regular tiff or psd files.... Do you have the same?
I'm having the same issue and can recreate it consistently. Two white lines that cross over in the top left (ish) part of the screen. The lines appear when the view option is set to Fit page or spread to screen, and Overprint preview mode is on and rulers are off. (Just updated to Indesign 220.127.116.11 using OS X 10.11.1 on iMac 27-inch Late 2013).
I tried a few preference options but nothing changed.
This is one among a host of other problems I see whenever I use Overprint Preview.
• White vertical / horizontal lines that reposition when zoom level is changed. They remain when scrolling.
• Text not anti-aliased.
• Photos and vectors stuck in low-res mode, or they take 5-10 minutes to turn hi-res
• Transparent objects turned solid; 10% black will show as solid 100% black.
• There's no loading indicators and the separation isolation works as if nothing's wrong!
In other words, there is no longer any way to reliably see how a design will actually print. Attention Adobe, this is the only reason we use this program!
Have you tried updating your video drivers?
