I had the trial version and decided to take on the monthly licence, on a random basis I keep getting a dialogue box saying the trial has expired and I need to sign in to my account. I have contacted the support chat line, they have reloaded several times and each time tell me its fixed. A few hours later the box comes up again asking for me to sign in. If I'm away from the internet, it can't sign in so I only have limited functionality. Has anyone else had this situation ?
How can I fix it. I'm on win 8.1 in the UK. many thanks
