Currently, when using the crop tool in Lightroom, absolutely no information about the current (cropped) size of the image is displayed (unless I missed something). Which is very surprising for a cropping tool. Paradoxically, the cropped size of the image is only available in the Library module, in the Metadata panel.
Having this information handy while cropping would be very useful in many cases, however.
Anyone supporting this idea?
I believe that the philosophy used here (which you may not agree with) is:
Cropping is done to get the aspect ratio correct.
Exporting is where you set the size in pixels.
Ahem, OK, I forgot the "I" key which allow to display information about the current image while cropping. However, I'd prefer to have this info displayed in real time in the Crop panel.
