first i just want to say i'm extremely disappointed in the customer service of this company. the hoops i've had to jump through are unacceptable. This is the second time posting this message because i never received an answer. Frustrating.
i have adobe digital editions and it needs to update, but when i go to update it, it tells me i'm not connected to the internet, which isn't true since i am posting this message. please help
is there an issue with windows 10 Adobe hasn't figured out yet?

Closed Digital Edition. Klick on the Digital Edition with the right Mouse click and chose start as Admin.
