We are running inDesign as part of the Adobe CC 2015 suite. All other programs within the suite are working as they should. InDesign crashes on start up, but only for one user. We are running Yosemite OS and the user accounts are stored on a server. I was having problems with two different users but I was able to fix one of them by removing the preferences and by cleaning up duplicate fonts from FontBook. I tried these same steps with another user and I am still unable to load InDesign. It was working fine just a couple of day ago, but then one morning he got to class and it would not load. The Macs have DeepFreeze running on them and the computer was frozen, so no changes could have been made.
