Try quitting the Creative Cloud (from the CC panel), then opening it again.
Delete also preferences.
I am having the same issue. tried quiting and opening CC, reseting computer. Deleting and reinstalling indesign, playing with settings, all with not luck. Can anyone help?
Did you DELETE the preferences?
Faced the same issue, after removing the preferences, it's working fine now.
Please try the following steps:
sign-out of the creative cloud app and then sign-in again.
Quit the InDesign App and reopen the app.
