When I sharpen an image in develop mode, it is not sharpened in library mode when I export the image. Image is RAW from a Canon T5I.
I have also converted the RAW image in using the Canon Software to a jpg. file, and edited in lightroom, and it still will not show the image sharpened while in library mode, or when it is converted.
Differences in sharpening (and tone) between the Develop and Library module are generally seen when too much Sharpening and/or insufficient Luminance NR has been applied to high ISO images. The view in the Library module is fairly accurate as to what the Export images will look like. See this post:
When adjusting Sharpening and the Noise Reduction controls use 1:1 view size, which is the only truly accurate view in LR. Also keep in mind that the Library preview needs to be "updated" after making adjustments. You can do this by selecting ALL of the images you are working on in the Library module and going to Library> Previews> 'Build 1:1 Preview.' New Previews will only be built for the images with changes. You can also do this with individual images by going to 1:1 view in the Library module, which will rebuild the 1:1 preview for that image.
