out of paged mapped memory when I've done nothing

So I did use the search function and could not find a case that was the same exact issue I'm having. When I attempt to switch to ray-traced 3D mode AE automatically gives me the out of paged memory error before I can do anything. I think to myself "ok, well whatever, I'll ignore it". Well, when I move the play head it interrupts me with the same error. So I cannot do anything in AE when ray-traced 3D is enabled. This is very frustrating. This error pops up when I try to do the slightest thing that does not even involve an effect. Do I need to install a CUDA specific driver? My GPU driver is up to date. Here are my specs:

      GPU: nVidia GeForce GTX 960

      CPU: Intel i7 4790k

      RAM: 16 Gbs

      OS: Windows 7 64bit

Tons of SSD and HDD space.

Am I trippin out? Like does my computer have to be a government super computer with highly advanced AI in order to take advantage of CUDA ray-traced features?

EDIT: I'd also like to add that I am able to pick my GPU as an option for ray-traced rendering features.

Here is the info from AE preferences:
