    Stylizing the text field

I am looking into a specific way to style the text. This is what I am looking for (using CSS):

      <div style='font-size: 16px; font-weight: bold; font-family: arial'>Header 1</div><br><br> //or an image instead?
      <div style='font-size: 14px; font-wegiht: normal;'> blah blah blah....</div><br><br> //first set of content
      <div style='text-align: center; font-size: 14px; font-weight: normal;'> bullet 1<br> bullet 2<brr> bullet n</div><br><br> // I wan't this to be centered
      <div style='font-size: 16px; font-weight: bold; font-family: arial'>Header 1</div><br><br> //or an image instead?
      <div style='font-size: 14px; font-wegiht: normal;'> blah blah blah....</div><br><br> //second set of content

Can anyone help me with this? I am trying to find a way to center a specific spot of the text in the texta area. Thanks in advance.
