Hi Javier - I support the Ch team and will alert someone to your question. Thanks for your patience!
Hello Javier. I'd need to see your Illustrator file to be sure. If you're willing to supply it to me, I can give a more comprehensive answer.
Illustrator has many features we don't yet support in CH. Some examples are drop shadows, text, gradients, etc.
You can work around this issue by opening your puppet in the Puppet Panel, selecting a skin, then clicking "Render as Image" in the Properties panel.
To do this you double-click your puppet in the Project Panel. Then you turn down your sub-puppets until you see a skin. Skins are represented by a grey rectangle. Select the skin and click "Render as Image" in the Properties panel.
Doing this rasterizes your Puppet so it will no longer be vector and you lose the ability to have the Wiggler behavior wiggle your paths. You can workaround the first issue by making your AI document higher resolution. We are hoping to eventually wiggle raster paths, but that feature hasn't been developed yet.
Thanks and please let me know if you have any additional questions.
Hello Dan. Thanks for your answer.
I use gradients and blur effects for the shadows so I think is not possible to fix it at the moment as you say Ch don't support yet some features.
I did a Raster effects and increase the ppi setting in Ai and did not work so I will waiting for a solution in a future.
There is a link with the Ai project. If you have any advice of how I can do the shadows or gradients better to fit in Ch will be great.
