Can you please sign out of the apps and then restart the device and then sign in to the apps.

I apologize for your inconvenience. This is a known issue with a few of the mobile apps at the moment. Would you mind telling me which apps are exhibiting this behavior for you?

IOS: comp and fix
Android: all have seemed to do this at one point or another, but since i first asked on twitter, draw, creative cloud
I feel it is a matter of time before the others do since, like i said, they all have done this
