It will require some patience as you need to contact Adobe Support for this and they are not providing support on weekends.

Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache. If it continues to fail try using a different browser.
You can cancel a month to month subscription online without calling. Not sure about a yearly.
Use the Adobe CC app and select the little gear at the top right for settings.....then select manage account.....and within there you can see what you are subscribed to and cancel as needed.
Reference cancelling a month to month online I don't believe this to be the case as I have just been sent in circles and still cannot do this.
Can someone send the details for cancelling online which does not result in going in circles
