    Wrong ID and/or password when trying to authorize my PC (though credentials ARE indeed right)




      I have Windows Vista and ADE 4.5. Two years ago I bought an ebook (epub) in El Corte Inglés (a spanish company). I'm trying to open it now in my PC without any success. I've tried to authorize my computer with my Adobe ID to read it in ADE, but when entering my credentials, I keep receiving an error message that my ID/password are wrong for the selected provider. I choose Adobe ID as the provider. I've done two password resets already, but ADE keeps throwing the same error. And I can guarantee that the credentials ARE CORRECT.


      Can anybody please help me to fix this extremely annoying problem? Thank you very much in advance.
