I have a fully paid up product LR with full activation number etc so why all this aggro.. and stress

Also mention version of Lightroom you are using
Just been on line with chat and was supposed to be moved across to someone who could help with serial number issues - but chat ended without help with cross over ...
Did you Rename the SLCache folder and re-launch Lightroom?
Win 32 bit: Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\SLCache\
Win 64 bit: Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\SLCache\
Make sure that you have Full Read/Write Permissions for Adobe Folders
SLStore :- ProgramData\Adobe
Win 32 bit: Program Files\Common Files\Adobe
Win 64 bit: Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe
