I work with linked images in low resolution and .jpg extension that has the following pattern – f000_1ab_cde_fgh_ (description image with Bank).jpg
I need to delimit and delete the text of the description and replace the extension .psd. The description can be a variable length.
It is possible via script to delete the image description space and then add the extension?
The final name should look like – f000_1ab_cde_fgh.psd
That way I can automatically exchange images by lower for high resolution.
Even if the extension becomes the same can also relink from file extension.
Yes, it can be easily done.
If you are asking for help to build the script yourself, then what have you tried so far?
If you are asking for someone to do the script for you, i'll just move along.
