I own a copy of ID CS3. I own the copy, I have used it for years.
I had a catastrophic failure on my old workstation, and I want to activate the copy of my software on a different mac.
It tells me that I have to deactivate the copy first, but of course I cannot do that since it is destroyed.
I called the provided numbers, but they are old and disconnected.
Looking for a human to help me out and activate my software again.
I am not real impressed with your 'help feature here... several hours later...
I just want to take a moment to thank Adobe for their customer service.
