Any help on getting this resolved for a Windows 8 user? Other "help" pages reference a file tree that does not exist on this computer.
Same error, but I wasn't able to find the right directory to refresh preferences. Adobe tech support was able Bomgar in and sort it out. Networked computer, and I wasn't looking in the correct user directory.
