    fms.ini reconfiguration for media loaction

      my remote server company installed the FMS (streaming Server) but there are multiple partitions Linux and where the FMS is installed is / (root) has not enough room to put in all the media.

      1 can I configure the fms.ini file to direct the streaming media to one of the domains or IP's which would be in the root under /home/ where the various domains are located?

      this is the configuration right now. on demand and progressive:

      VOD_COMMON_DIR = /opt/adobe/fms/webroot/vod the live link doesn't apply since this is only the streaming server. on demand only

      VOD_DIR = /opt/adobe/fms/applications/vod/media

      SERVER PARTITIONS LAYOUT:

      Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on

      /dev/sda5 7.8G 1.5G 6.0G 20% / (location of FMS)

      /dev/sda8 243G 25G 206G 11% /home

      /dev/sda6 996M 34M 911M 4% /tmp

      /dev/sda3 7.8G 3.7G 3.7G 50% /usr

      /dev/sda2 9.7G 844M 8.4G 9% /var

      /dev/sda1 122M 17M 100M 14% /boot

      or do all the partitions need to be reconfigured to allow space for the f4v & flv streaming (not progressive) media?
