What happens when you try to export? What is the complete exact word-for-word error message?
There is no error message. The progress bar for the export shows no activity and then the spinning beach ball comes on. The only option is to force quit Lightroom.
Please follow the below steps.
> Go to Lightroom > Preferences.
> Click on the General tab
> Uncheck “Show ‘Add Photos’ Screen”
> Restart Lightroom
If this doesn't help, please follow these below steps to check for the issue
> Click on Presets Tab
> Disable Apply auto tone adjustments
> Click on Performance tab
> Disable Use Graphics Processor
> Restart the machine
> Launch Lightroom and check for the issue
Let me know if this helps.
The presets tab has never been checked to on. I turned the "Show"Add Photos" Screen off last week on a recommendation from Julianne Kost from Adobe. I was on a half-hour with Adobe (in India I think) yesterday where we tried numerous times with the Graphics Processor on and off. It made no difference. I need another suggestion.
Hello there, I have exactly the same issue as druss, I can't export my pictures, also I try everything that you are suggesting here and still not working.
Please help, I have to deliver this job tomorrow, help would be greatly appreciated
Mac Pro (Late 2013) Yosemite 10.10.5
3.5 GHz 6-Core Intel Xeon E5 - 32GB
This is druss. I finally gave up an followed the suggestions online in other posts to uninstall Lightroom and reinstall the previous CC 2015.1.1 version. It took over an hour to complete the task, but everything seems to be working normally now. This may be your only answer to the problem.
Thanks a lot druss, I will do the same.
