I am making a calendar for a dog rescue, displaying photos of all the rescue dogs and wanted to use Adobe stock photos as backgrounds on the pages (behind a collage of the dog photos). These calendars would be sold as a fundraiser. Would this be allowed under the standard license?
Yes you can use those images, just as reference, in the background. However, if you want to use them as the main image or hoarding, you might need exclusive rights for the same.

Thanks for the reply. I read the terms and thought that under 3.4 it would be OK to use them because, even though the calendars are being sold, the Adobe photos are only in the background, not the main photos. Basically only the edges of the photos show on the pages, so they are very much in the background.
I just wanted to double check that this is allowed.
