    My Creative Cloud doesn't recognise my valid invitation


      Need some help.

      I was using the Adobe programs and the CC without any problem (I have a company license - one of 4 employees) . Suddenly the CC app stopped opening at all, so I couldn't upgrade the programs. To try and fix the problem we reinstalled the App, but it didn't work.

      My boss deactivated my account and restarted it and sent me the new invitation.

      We uninstalled everything and started it all again from scratch, but it still didn't work.

      So now I can't download the programs unless it is the trial version.
