    Censoring nudity in video

I do video game Let's Play videos on YouTube and one of the games that I was vetting to see if it would make for a good series had some nudity in it. I've seen videos on YouTube with video game nudity, but I've also seen channels get shut down for showing any nudity at all. So to be on the safe side I want to censor it, and I was wondering what is the best way to go about doing that? I have the complete creative cloud so any and all Adobe software options are on the table.

You would most likely simply track the areas with a simple position tracker and overlay a circle effect. Similarly, the tracked circle could serve as a matte for an adjustment layer with e.g. a Mosaic effect. And to further expand the options, alls orts of masking, including the mask tracker could be useful. Really depends.
