Well, that's fine if it's updated to CC version. It just a desktop App, it can help you to update the installed Adobe application also let you install the trial version for new software.
You can manually update the CS6 Application.
Let us know if that helps.
Thankyou so much,
I did download the patch, I clicked on the download and the winzip came up to open files…I clicked on the patch for the cs6 update and the application manager opened up…and after a little bit of doing what it does, a window opened and said that the procedure could not be completed, that the application manager had encountered a problem, or that it could be corrupted. So to download a new manager, which I did and proceeded to click on the download update for cs6 and the same thing happened again.
Is there another way to upload this patch to my photoshop cs6 program? I really appreciate your quick response and I was very hopeful it would work…but…sadly the application manager just stops and the window comes up. Is it me I wonder…..i have windows 10 now, so could it be the operating system….i uploaded and installed photoshop cs6 just fine from my disc.
Do you have any suggestions?
Thankyou sooo much for your help!
Me again..when application manager was open I could only see the cc programs
listed for updates, they were all cc programs starting with photoshop 2015
and I could not see the update for cs6, so now what to do...i did download
the patch as I said in my last letter, but as I said.I clicked on it to
install it and the application manager started up..then a few seconds later
a message came up to say that the application manager was corrupted or
broken and to download a new one.as it could not complete the update. I did
download a new one and the same thing happened all over again...i am not
interested at this time to do cc rentals. I have both lightroom and
photoshop and am happy with what they were doing.I am not advanced enough to
use the cc version yet.
Thankyou sooo much for your help.you are an angel!
Have a great day!
