Thank you for responding. I feel as if I am going in loops as the contact customer care takes me back to the forum. Is there no simple way to make contact and sort this out?

I'm sorry you had this experience. If you haven't tried CC2015 before, you should certainly be able to run a trial of the software without being charged.
